ELIGIBILITY:
- You have met the entrance requirements for Texas A&M University, received a letter of acceptance, and plan to attend TAMU full-time in the Fall of 2026. You must share your TAMU UIN to confirm your plans to enroll.
- You and your family must currently reside in one of the communities that reflect the club’s membership from the greater Baytown & Mont Belvieu areas.
- A complete application and all required attachments must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- THIS APPLICATION FORM COMPLETED AND SIGNED
- FULL STUDENT RESUMÉ OF ACTIVITIES, LEADERSHIP ROLES, AND HONORS**
- OFFICIAL HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT WITH GPA (4.0 SCALE)
- ESSAY: Why did you choose to attend Texas A&M University, and why are you deserving of this scholarship? (500-750 words/1000 maximum; include full name, school, and email as your heading.)
- REFERENCE LETTERS: Three (3) reference letters that vouch for your personal character and work ethic from employers, advisors, teachers, coaches, or mentors. No relatives, please.
CONTINUING EDUCATION APPLICANTS:

ELIGIBILITY:
- You are a current student at one of the Texas A&M University campuses. You will continue your studies at TAMU for the 2026-27 academic year. Funds are awarded in the fall.
- You and/or your family must currently reside in one of the communities that reflect the club’s membership from the greater Baytown & Mont Belvieu areas.
- All applicants must be in good academic standing with the university and within their major.
- A complete application and all required attachments must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- APPLICATION FORM COMPLETED AND SIGNED
- TAMU TRANSCRIPT WITH OVERALL & MAJOR GPA (An unofficial transcript from HOWDY Portal will be accepted.)
- ESSAY: Which A&M tradition captivated you the most and will make the biggest impact on your life going forward? (500-750 words/1000 maximum; include full name, email, and cell # as your heading.)
- REFERENCE LETTER: One (1) reference letter that vouch for your personal character and work ethic from employers, advisors, teachers, coaches, or mentors. No relatives, please.
- RESUMÉ (optional, but encouraged): current activities, accomplishments, involvement, volunteerism, etc…
High School Seniors: Please complete the application at the link below and include all required items to be considered. If you are submitting your application through your school’s college & career office/counselor, please submit it to the proper location by the deadline given to you by that office. If you submit your application independently from your school, please provide all required items to the address on the application by March 20, 2024.
